Certified Personal Trainer

Position Summary:
​​
Seeking a Certified Personal Trainer for our PinnacleFit Training facility and our mobile fitness training company. The ideal candidate will be a fitness professional that shares our company core values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and striving for excellence in serving clients and working together as a valuable member of the Pinnacle team. Being passionate about fitness and helping others is a must for this position as well as possessing motivational, relationship building and communication skills. This candidate will be helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals by conducting fitness assessments and creating customized exercise programs that bring them results. They will also be utilizing fitness software apps to log in client workouts and track client progress.
Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in a related field)
. Certificate of Personal Training
· Personal training experience a plus

Job Responsibilities:
​
Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical fitness levels and track progress.
Travel to client locations to do PT training at home, fitness facilities, etc...
Be willing to conduct group fitness classes while ensuring a motivating and safe environment.
Maintain strong communication and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
Attend monthly team meetings and events.
Must reside in the Ocean or Monmouth County, NJ area.

PinnacleFit Shift Leader
​
Position Summary:
​​
​As a PinnacleFit Shift Leader, you will assist in ensuring that operations are running smoothly with all aspects of the member experience. Responsibilities include greeting members, member check-ins, handling phone calls and inquiries, scheduling classes or appointments, and processing payments and new memberships. Key responsibilities also involve maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, promoting club services, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive member experience.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
Assist with Staff Management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
Ensuring staff is providing a superior customer experience at all times during your scheduled shift.
Assist in resolving or escalating to Manager any employee issues or concerns.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check members into the system
Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
Take prospective members on tours.
Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions.
Schedule personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
Greet members and guests warmly upon entry.
Perform member check-ins and manage guest passes.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
Handle member concerns, questions, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members.
Sales and promotion:
Promote and sell fitness packages, personal training sessions, and merchandise.
Inform members about promotions, services, and events.
Other duties:
Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by management.
Enforce facility rules and regulations.
Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Proven customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Basic computer and administrative skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
Strong problem resolution skills.
Current CPR Certification required.
Must be 18 year of age or older.
Passion for fitness and a desire to help others.
