Our Certified Personal Trainers come from various athletic and fitness backgrounds and have the experience and expertise to guide you. Get to know our team below!
In 1999, Don earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Drexel University and in 2021, completed his Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University. In 2012, he became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
His health and fitness journey began at 12 years old when his brother invited him to the local gym. It was there that he discovered his passion for weight training and his love for the body building field. He's also competed as a natural bodybuilder in the national level. In 2012, he decided to pursue a full-time career in health and fitness by opening up Pinnacle Fitness and Nutrition. Since then, it has developed into a full fledged service company that offers personal training, fitness classes and nutrition in a gym environment, at home, or virtually. Our vision is RESULTS! Our mission is to utilize exercise science and apply it to our Pinnacle Fit Program, customized for each client. We train with excellence, integrity, and knowledge that will help lead every client to the RESULTS they desire.
Director, Business Development
Cathy earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior and her MBA in Marketing from Rider University. She joined Pinnacle with 20+ years experience in HR, Marketing, Finance, BD and Operations in various industries including retail, technology and architecture, She has a passion for working with management to establish growth strategies and implement systems to help businesses thrive and grow.
Outside of work, she is a wife and mom of 5 children. She loves spending time with her family, attending and serving at church, reading and enjoying the outdoors.
Michael is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Senior Fitness Specialist. While working in a corporate setting, he chaired the committee that oversaw the fitness center. Upon retirement, he decided to pursue his passion and continue to help others improve their fitness levels. He strongly believes that taking care of one's body, through proper exercise and nutrition, will pay high dividends later. His desire is to not only help clients look fit, but to help them actually be fit!
Outside of work, you can find Michael enjoying the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his sons and being active by hiking, walking/running, mountain biking and occasionally rock climbing. "Keeping active is key."
Yitzy is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. With a strong passion for fitness and health and a desire to help people reach their goals and get Results! As a NASM-CPT, Yitzy has helped clients loose weight and get fit! He specializes in weight loss training and HIIT training.
Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, playing sports and other outdoor activities. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
Gina is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She joined Pinnacle with 20+ years as a Trainer and 35+ years in Group Fitness. With her wealth of experience, she is a well-rounded trainer who focuses on helping her clients loose weight and leads them to overall health. She especially loves to work with Seniors and is a certified Silver Sneakers Instructor.
Until recently, she has been very involved with all of her kid's activities. With her youngest leaving for college, its time to find a new hobby! In her downtime, she loves traveling with her family.
Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies from Rowan University and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Growing up as an athlete, she developed a passion for fitness and overall health. She started as a CPT at a health club where she worked with clients coming out of rehab and helped them gain strength in their body and overall fitness. From there, she moved on to a variety of different settings and gained experience in training young kids, middles aged, seniors, track and field athletes, and teaching various group fitness classes. Her specialty is endurance and strength training, where she works to help her clients achieve proper form, while working on imbalances in the body to get the best results. She strives to help clients find what they love in fitness and keep them motivated in their journey!
Outside of work, she likes to run or go for nature walks, go to the beach, and spend time with her friends and family.
George earned his Certificate of Personal Training and Sports Nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association. In addition, he holds a Culinary Arts Degree from the New York Restaurant School in New York. He is passionate about health, fitness and guiding clients through the journey of reaching and maintaining their fitness levels and weight loss goals through customized programs and an enjoyable workout session with healthy diet and lifestyle suggestions along the way. He loves to educate his clients with knowledge he has gained in health and fitness. "I’m passionate about changing lives for the better!"
Outside of work, he enjoys playing many sports including biking, surfing, and swimming and also enjoys spending time with his kids.
