Don Allarde
Founder/CEO
In 1999, Don earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Drexel University and in 2021, completed his Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University. In 2012, he became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

His health and fitness journey began at 12 years old when his brother invited him to the local gym. It was there that he discovered his passion for weight training and his love for the body building field. He's also competed as a natural bodybuilder in the national level. In 2012, he decided to pursue a full-time career in health and fitness by opening up Pinnacle Fitness and Nutrition. Since then, it has developed into a full fledged service company that offers personal training, fitness classes and nutrition in a gym environment, at home, or virtually. Our vision is RESULTS! Our mission is to utilize exercise science and apply it to our Pinnacle Fit Program, customized for each client. We train with excellence, integrity, and knowledge that will help lead every client to the RESULTS they desire.

Cathy Allarde
Co-Founder/COO
Cathy earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior and her MBA in Marketing from Rider University. She has 25+ years experience in HR, Marketing, Finance, BD and Operations in various industries including fitness, retail, technology and architecture, She has a passion for working with management to establish growth strategies and implement systems to help businesses thrive and grow.

Outside of work, she is a wife and mom of 5 children. She loves spending time with her family, attending and serving at church, reading and enjoying the outdoors.

James Beach
Certified Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Instructor
James holds a CPT certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Since he was young, James always had a passion for science and how things work, which grew into an appreciation of human movement and a passion for fitness. He also had experienced a transformation through fitness in his own life, which made him want to help others unlock the same confidence, strength and resilience in their own lives. His specialty is in creating customized, results- driven programs that help clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies. He has several years of experience training a wide range of individuals both in one-on-one and in group settings. What James is most passionate about is helping people and watching an individual gain confidence, feel stronger, and realize that they are capable of more that they thought!

Outside of work, James enjoys staying active through his own workouts, going on walks to reset, and discovering new food spots when he has the time. He also regularly attends church, which helps him stay rooted in his faith and keeps him centered both personally and professionally.

Melanie Paulino
Certified Personal Trainer
Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Stockton University and will be graduating from Monmouth University shortly with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine and has earned additional certificates in Pre-& Postnatal Coaching, Corrective Exercise, Kettlebell Training, TRX, and more. Melanie first developed her passion for fitness when she was introduced to the weight room in high school as an alternative to gym class. From there, she grew to love the challenge that came with weightlifting and striving to be her strongest self. After graduating with her exercise science degree in college, she decided to become a CPT due to her passion for fitness and her love for serving others. Melanie has experience working with clients at varying fitness levels and body types from adolescence to older adulthood and with a variety of health conditions, as well as with pre-, during, and postnatal women. Her specialty is strength & conditioning and exercise programming. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals to live long, functional, and meaningful lives and to be able to do the activities and tasks they want to do!

​Outside of work, she loves to go on walks with her husband and dog and explore the surrounding community, go on hikes during the fall, weight train and challenge her body, and spend time with her family. She also enjoys volunteering at her school and in her community, going to church, and cooking new recipes.​
