Build a stronger, more powerful upper body with our Strength & Conditioning (Upper Body) class. This high-energy session is designed to improve muscle strength, endurance, and overall performance through a combination of resistance training, functional movements, and targeted conditioning work. You’ll focus on key muscle groups including the chest, back, shoulders, and arms using a mix of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and interval-based training. Each workout is structured to challenge all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions provided so you can train safely and effectively. Whether your goal is to increase strength, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel more confident and capable, this class will push you to the next level in a supportive, motivating environment.
